Rayquaza (Holo)

Attributes: Ok, 80HP is a little bit better then 70 (Deoxys), but still it lacks HP to beat other Pokemon. Pokemon such as Chansey Or blissey could easy take him down.
Attack #1: Dragon Dance
This is a fairly decent attack. If any of your Pokemon do damage to a defending Pokemon you get to do 30 more damage before counting weakness and resistance. That's pretty good. I got to give this card some credit; that's a pretty decent attack.
Attack #2: Dragon Claw
Ok 40 damage is Pretty good. It could take out some Basic Pokemon, so it could come in handy depending on how you use it.

It's a lot more useful than Deoxys is; the attacks are useful, and if you use Rayquaza properly you could kick some butt.

Althought this is an improvement, it can still be beat easy, but other than that it's pretty good.
~ Limited: 2/5
I would recommend this card for Dragon decks. If you plan on destroying your opponent's weaker Pokemon first, this card would be an excellent choice.
