  Be able to draw quality Pokemon pictures and then color them in yourself

JAPANESE TRANSLATOR
  At the very least a good understanding of Japanese
  You must be able to translate from Japanese to English
  It would help if you lived in Japan

EPISODE PICTURE TAKER
  You must be able to download Pokemon episodes
  You must have the software to take a certain amount of quality screenshots

TCG EXPERT
  Excellent understanding of TCG
  You must keep up to date on the latest TCG news
  It would help if you had a collection of Pokemon cards and a scanner

PROGRAMMER
  You must be able to design programs for Windows
  Excellent understanding of various programming languages such as C++ and Visual Basic
  You must be able to design a program to meet specific needs
