Need help with forms and Search bars

Hey, I'm not that good with HTML, especially so with forms and search bars. Can anyone tell me how to add a form and search bar to my website? I would really appreciate your help.

If you have easy links to navigate to sort of like Serebii does, you don't even need a search bar. Just make a page and at the bottom, put links to the others at the bottom so you can easily go back and forth.
