Hello, this is Nytz. I will be giving news and updates on what's new in Nintendo. It may be about a new game, a release date, or even news pertaining to the Nintendo game systems. All news that's unrelated to pokemon, but is relevant to it's Nintendo cousin games, or is about the game company itself, I will report it here In Other News.

This just in:
Nintendo gets sued for the wii

Today, Hillcrest Laboratories sued Nintendo claiming company is using their motion-control inventions in the Wii. Hillcrest is wanting to block imports of the Wii and Wii Remotes, according to a complaint filed today with the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington. Hillcrest also filed a civil suit in federal court in Greenbelt, Maryland.

So lets see...Anascape sues Nintendo for the analog sticks of the Classic Controller, GameCube Controller and Wavebird. John R. Martin sues Nintendo for the touchscreen of the DS. Now, Hillcrest Laboratories sues Nintendo for the Wii. The only Nintendo products that aren't sued yet are the Nunchuk, Wii Zapper, Wii Wheel and Wii Balance Board, as well as the video games for the Wii and DS. Great.

Looks like that explains the lack of many VG form nintendo. This is pretty sad, though. Nintendo could have sued Sony for all the things it copied form nintendo.... but they didn't. It sucks that there are people who will try to kill somthing that is meant for child entertainment. all the other game system companies have more M rated games than anything..... and to think that if Nintendo falls, so will all of this. No more Mario.... No more Zelda..... No more Pokemon. And Pokemon already has a bad rep by many who claim that there is a concealed sublimital message in the pokemon theme song.... I don't want to believe it, but At the same time I'm weary. So in conclusion, it looks like Nintendo is going through some rough storms.... but hopefully they will overcome it all. Indeed. To try and draw in users, I suggested he post other news stories and give his opinion on them.

Was that meant to be funny?
I doubt Nintendo would get sued for the Wii, there has already been complaints about it, but nobody really cares about 'people getting hurt', and 'people breaking the Wii'.

Trust me, I've seen many a complaint online, which goes into detail about many of those issues.

Apparently it's a copyright violation, though we shall see as time moves on what happens.

Good question, maybe it is a false story placed by Kotaku for other similar sites to cut and paste.

Nintendo: Core Games in Development, But Not Ready for Early 2009

In an interview featured in the new October issue of EDGE Magazine, the Big N has made some comments about their hardcore gamers, as well as mentioned that they have developers working on "popular core gaming franchises".

Alright, many of the popular core gaming franchises of Nintendo are making their way to the Wii and DS. Sounds like good news, but, Nintendo then added the following:

I hope this helps boost Nintendo's morale. After all the criticism it recieved, It would be nice to know that Nintendo is still going to do it's best in making it's games, and making it's gamers happy in doing so. This could be the beginning of some new anticipation for Nintendo games. I sure hope they do well.
