Dang, that's a confusing format to use... I'll give my suggestions in the proper format.
Machamp
-Cross Chop/Brick Break/Revenge
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
-Seismic Toss
Cross Chop is a very strong move, but quite inaccurate. Use Brick Break or Revenge for a more accurate option. Pick the other three moves as you wish. Seismic Toss may be helpful to guarenteedly get that last bit of HP off of your opponent.
Wartortle/Blastoise
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Brick Break
-Dig/Toxic/filler move
Surf and Ice Beam are you primary moves. The Brick Break TM comes infinitely, so you may as well teach that to him. The last move doesn't matter so much. You never know when Dig will help get you out of an annoying building or cave.
Nidoqueen
-Earthquake
-Aerial Ace
-Shadow Ball
-Brick Break
Maybe not the best possible moveset, but since you already have Aerial Ace there you may as well keep it. As you may have noticed, it has Earthquake on here just like Machamp does, but you can't teach it to both of them, so just pick one of them. Nidoqueen gets a stab boost on it, but Machamp has a higher attack stat to work with.
Mr Mime
-Psychic
-Thunderbolt
-Magical Leaf
-Reflect/Light Screen/Trick
You may be able to use Trick against a tough pokemon in the elite four like Lapras to steal a berry, otherwise, just keep one of the screens.
Ninetales looks fine.
Yeah, getting rid of Dugtrio would be a good idea. Nidoqueen and Machamp already have very similar moves to what Dugtrio would have, plus he has the worst attack stat out of all of them. Don't worry about replacing it with a new pokemon- instead, just catch a Pidgey or Spearow to fly you around.
Oh, as for your Fire Red team, I would use Clefable over Wigglytuff and use Lapras over Vaporeon. Better sets of moves and stats overall.
