Im not sure where the rate-a-team is for the 3rd gen. games is, but ill do it here you guys and move it to where it is. i couldn't find/see one so heres my team for Firered version:

Looks pretty good to me. Only thing I can see is that your Scizor and Skarmory are very similar to each other, but since the rest of your team is fine I guess it's not a big deal. If I were to pick between the two of them, I would keep Scizor though. Was there anything more specific that you wanted to know?

What about the moves are they good are not, well i do need a better move for blazeiken tho.

The moves look fine to me. Other decent moves for Blaziken include Aerial Ace, Rock Slide, and Thunder Punch, none of which it would particularly need.
