Akai Goes Camping!?

I don't know how to start. Hmm. As most of you know, we had an extremely late start leaving. We got at the camp, a place called Logan's Landing. It was this old 1950s shipping theme park. Slightly lame, but not to me. There was an overuse of periwinkle blue. =/ We brought one of our doggies, Amy, and she was a good dog. ^_^ Just take a look at some of the pictures. Enjoy.

I know! I love green. When I worked at Martin's, I picked out almost everything in green. Ha.

Oh... I no swim. I'm not a swimmer, but I did wade around a little in the lake around the boat launch.

My dad was re-teaching me to swim two days ago. I was so tired that day.

Wading...was the water cold, as people say it is? What color was the water? I've never been in or seen a real lake before in person. ^_^

The lake the camp was focused around was a man-made lake and it was like four feet deep! ...in the middle! x.x;; The pet beach was around a bigger natural lake, and I guess it was pretty deep, since fishing boats were allowed in. The water was surprisenly warm. In lakes, you get warm spots and cold spots, which it really annoying since you may hit a cold spot when you least expect it and it ruins your swim, aww. lol
