that' s how it is atm and the question is... should i replace pelipper with a water asborbant Mantine?

Change Pelipper's Swallow to Ice Beam. Then give Rhydon Megahorn. And post a moveset for Mantine and I'll see if you should use it or not.

is megahorn learned physically by rhydon or do i have to breed?
i suppose mantine would go like this:
lax incense
sassy nature
1) surf
2) aerial ace
3) rain dance ?
4) icy wind

i still havent found one though

Rhydon does learn Mega-horn though not until Level 66. As for Mantine, go for Surf, Ice Beam, Toxic, and Rest perhaps.

Mantine are found by evolving Mantyke. Mantyke are found on Route 223, which is near Sunyshore City.
