How can i regain tms that i used already?

It depends which TM in particular that you're trying to get again. Some TMs are buyable from the Slot machines.

If it's not those ones, there's no real way of getting more TMs. Unless you breed, as Male Pokemon can pass on TM moves to their offspring. But that's not exactly getting another copy of the TM.

can i breed different kinds of pokemon together? like camerupt and sandslash?
btw, does camerupt learn EQ phisically? :P

Pokemon will only breed together if they are in the same egg group. As Camerupt and Sandslash are both in the Ground egg group they will breed together.

Camerupt learns EQ naturally at Lvl 37.
