Animals that have NOT been made into Pokémon yet

So, what are some animals that are not yet made into Pokémon?

I can only think of snowshoe rabbits, zebras and koalas for the time being.

Well, Slakoth I think qualifies as the koala. I'm pretty sure Zebras and Giraffes have neither been done, and I don't even know what a snowshoe rabbit is.

how about plants too! carnivine is a plant and a few others as well, they might make more than just animals for pokemon.

You are right. Zebras haven't been made into Pokémon yet, but giraffes have been already made - Girafarig.
Also, I don't find any resemblance between Slakoth and koalas.
Lastly, snowshoe rabbits are simply arctic/snow rabbits.
