What can you watch without being scared :P
Honestly, neither frighten me or freak me out. I write stories that include some frightening parts and some parts with a lot of blood involved or killing.
I have a friend who said he watched Paranormal Activity one day and couldn't sleep the next three.
I also have a friend who has watched movies with a lot of gore in the past but cannot even pick up a movie case if he knows the movie has a lot of gore in it.
With that being said, what are you more frightened or freaked out by? Horror or Gore?

I can watch both with no problem but I prefer gore. For example, a month ago, I saw the movie Law Abiding Citizen with Gerard Butler which was amazing albeit very violent.

e and I don't get scared. In fact, I do like horror movies, but to be honest, there are some scenes that can make me scared for a while.

I normally don't get scared.
However, some gore movies give me the chills.

Today's "horror" with things jumping out and going boo is not scary.
Classic horror that makes you go "HOLY CRAP HOLY CRAP HOLY CRAP DON'T GO IN THE FUCKING CLOSET" is scary.
And I leikez zhe gore

I hate both. So I can't watch anything scarier than suspenseful movies.
Blood is just, ew. I have a hard time looking at my own blood if I trip and fall and cut up my leg, let alone someone else's guts getting spilled on the floor.

Mhhhm...I gotta get me some gore. I just get turned on by the blood spilling and the guts oozing everywhere and the buckets and buckets of corn syrup with red dye. I like squirming in my seat too; that's definitely a genuine gore quality. Oh yeah, and the looks of terror on the actor's faces and the expression of sick joy on the antagonist's face.
Saying that, I also have to say I'm terrible with horror/scary movies! lol, we went to see The Fourth Kind the other day and I was freaked out for nights afterward.
I suppose I just like gore better because I know for real that it's all fake, while I can get scarred for months after watching a horror film.
