Shadow's games: The odd-one out

Hello everyone.
This is the second thread in the series "Shadow's games". The first person who chooses the odd Pokemon, stating the reason, gets to win the prize.

Now, let's get to the rules of this puzzle:

Rules
1-A person is only allowed 2 chances.
2-No answer is to be accepted without a justifying reason.
3-Participants must have Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum to receive their prizes.
4-The prize can be either accepted or refused by the winner, according to his option.
5-The first person who guesses the right answer with a reason is declared the winner. After the right answer has been announced, along with the winner, no one is to be post any answer after him/her.
6-You do not have to apply to participate. Just straight away start researching/thinking, and then post what you think is the right answer.

Which one do you think is the odd-one out out of those?


TIP: This puzzle is not as obvious as you think. It doesn't have to do anything with type, moves, sprites, stats, evolution lines, no. of limbs, etc.
This puzzle might have to do with Pokemon Media.

The prize: A Rotom knowing either Hydro Pump, Overheat, Blizzard, Air Slash, or Leaf Storm.(Your choice)

I will start with my first decision...

I think that the odd-one-out is Mewtwo because he is the only pokemon among them who appeared in a movie and the anime as well.

This one is interesting. I'm led to believe that it is Entei because of its legendary rank. However, that's not my guess. Just wanted you to know I'm thinking. :P

Here is my second reason that I posted in PIF:
My answer is Celebi, because in the movie Pokemon 4ever, Celebi died actually, and among all of these pokemon, Celebi is the only pokemon died.

The correct answer of this puzzle

Yes, it is now time to reveal the correct answer. Again, no body was able to find it out, but I am still glad there are people who are trying their best to do so.
