Hoenn remake possibility speculation

Though very early, but some people are speculating that there won't be a Hoenn remake. The proofs those people are using is that they provided the Hoenn starters, most of the Hoenn legendaries (Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, and the Lati@s) and possibly other Pokemon from the Hoenn region in HG/SS. The only legendaries left in the Hoenn region that are not included in HG/SS are Jirachi and Deoxys.

If they gave us those Hoenn Pokemon at the cost of a Hoenn remake (though I highly doubt that), then I really don't like their plan at all. I still want a Hoenn remake.

Too early... way, way, too early. Include Hoenn in the 5th gen.

Yeah I guess. But still, I wanna make sure this isn't what Nintendo is planning to do (hopefully).

You know what they should do, have it when the 5th gen. comes out play in a new region and then be able to go to hoenn region after the e4 like johto did for going to kanto after the e4.

It is nice to have a Hoenn remake as I didn't fidn the one on Advance that interesting, but if we have it as another region in the 5th generation, then it would be COOL!

Simply, if they are going to add Hoenn to the new 5th generation game, then this is cooler than having a sole Hoenn remake game.

But this won't be happening because it is a lot of data on a single game pak.

I don't believe so, as in HG/SS, there are two regions. They can just create a new region, and then we will go to Hoenn after finishing its Elite4.

I don't think a Johto/Kanto combination is as large as a Hoenn/5th generation combination, as in 5th generation they will have completely new Pokemon, new places, etc.

So, it is still the same, but anyway, no one is sure about yet so no need to debate about it.

What new 5th generation game? There's a fifty-percent chance the next game we'll see will be 6th gen, nor has Gamefreak said anything about what they're doing next.

Anyway, a remake is very possible, almost definitive. The time span, not so much. It could be 10, 20 years before we see such a game, if Pokemon even exists long enough. There are reasons to believe that it could exist, but no actual hinting has occurred that seems obvious - the Legendary reason? How can anyone feel that simply because the game is jam-jam-jam-packed, doesn't mean they are hinting specifically to a Hoenn remake.
