HeartGold / SoulSilver
Amazon has today revealed the release date of Pokemon HeartGold / SoulSilver, claimed to be December 31st, 2009. However, this release date can not be considered anything of official, and is very possibly much earlier than the actual release date.
First of all, to see the item, you must search for "Pokemon Gold" or "Pokemon Silver" on Amazon. You will find a result, usually the second, for both of these searches that has no image, and is said to be a pre-order for a DS game, costing $34.99. These results are named as "Pokemon Gold" or "Pokemon Silver" and not as "HeartGold" or "SoulSilver". Also, both of these results say to be released on December 31st, 2009.
On either result page, you will also find an option to package and buy the two items together, albeit with no price reduction. This shows that the items are considered to be a pair internally, and not two completely random items.
Finally, a technical detail worth noting is that internally, on Amazon's system, it is possible that a null release date was entered into the system, and it defaulted to the end of the year. Also possible is a time stamp was entered improperly, and therefor also defaulted to the end of the year.
Explorers of the Sky
Amazon has also released, although this time not a leak (just big news), the price of the new Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of the Sky game. Although this is normally nothing of any importance, it is listed to cost $29.99, five dollars less than the previous installments. Again, this can not be confirmed, and is not official, however is news of interest. In addition to this, the following footage was included with the result:
