I think the reason I left last time was because the whole fight with Akai and Kaboom and Alakazam probably scared me off or something, and the disassociation with Pokebattlers gave me less of a reason to stick around. But, that's the past, and we've all moved on.

So anyone got there darkrai yet from wifi on your plantinum game? i got one i soft-reseted so many times to get a good nature (its timid) with some good ives. Though the IV for sp.atk is 29 and speed is 30, Im going to use a nasty-plot set to power up that low sp.atk to make it attack better than you think it would do.

I also have a question that im not sure where i have to ask it, but have you guys ever planed or tryed a tournament on here or even a mini one? Cause i like to be on a pokezam tourny to see hows it like to be on a online tournament before i go on smogons tournaments for real.

First, you grab a tiny pebble. Then wrap copper wire around it. Fuse the wire with two iron rods and shove each rod into an orange. That will get the electric magnetism going. Then, hack DSWifi onto your DS. Attach the pebble to the stylus, and you will get WiFi.

Well first you need to enter the catchphrase in Jubilife City in the TV station which is "Everyone Happy" followed by "Wi-Fi Connection". I believe the woman is on the third floor.

Now save and restart your DS and go to Wi-Fi Connection and search for access point. Your neighbor might have an unsecured one that you can leech off of temporarily as I am doing. Alternatively, you can find an access point in your local library (most public libraries are Wi-Fi enabled).

See, on June I went outside the US to England and my sister plugged the DS into the outlet that is probably 240 V but the DS can only take 110 V. Actually we can just download skins for vB since I'm a member of vB.org

I actually don't like any of the VB skins on vB.org. They are too flashy for my tastes. There is another site that I found that I use for some skins, while I have been trying to improve mine gradually. Come Halloween, I will finally make a good spooky skin (after 2 failed attempt in '07 and '08). In the mean time, I might try something for fall.

Akai's skins were okay though not amazing.
They were really plain for my tastes.

Up until my resignation in August of 2008. I later returned with the alias "FreezeWarp". This was in order to not arouse suspicion from people not able to view my IP. Of course, if I had wanted to evade the mods, I would have used a proxy, but I really didn't.

The DS and DS Lite only support WEP. The DSi also supports both WPA and WPA2.

So you guys have to tell me the great things about the DS. Could I go on the internet?

You could browse it with a free software download from the DSi store, while on the DS and DS Lite you can find the software on eBay to do so. I had purchased it before they discontinued it back in '07 I think it was, and still have it.

Also, if you buy the DSi before early October, you will be granted 1000 DSi shop points, to but the different games offered there, I spent mine on March on the Minis 2, and still have 200 left over. Of course, you can also buy 100 for a dollar.

Beyond this there is also Pictochat, which I believe is on all three versions, which allows you to chat with friends who also have the application.

Hey Winter if you're reading this would you know the link on how I can put it on my PSP if its possible.

You will need to download this file (http://exophase.com/files/psp/DeSmuME20070725.zip), then do the following (credit: http://exophase.com/psp/ds-emulation-on-psp-1676.htm)

* Move the contents of the 150 folder contained in the archive to GAME or GAME150 on your memory stick.
* Download any DS homebrew game, GeoWars for example.
* Rename the game’s NDS file to test.nds
* Move test.nds to the 150 folder.
* Navigate to the Game menu on your PSP and start the emulator. The game will load automatically.

I should make it clear that the actual chance of it even being remotely possible to run a 3D DS game, such as Mario Kart DS or Pokemon Platinum, is very low, due to the hardware restraints. Instead, I personally recommend using either No$GBA (the most advanced emulator as of now) or IDeaS (the best progressing emulator as of now) on a PC platform. IDeaS also has a Linux build, though I personally prefer to use Wine to emulate the Windows version - All emulators that have Linux version typically have a better Windows version via Wine, this including IDeaS, VBA-M, and ZSNES, the present most promising emulators for the DS, Gameboy Advnace, and SNES respectively. Likewise, the later two are the best, while IDeaS is really the only active DS emulator, but not quite as good as No$GBA.

An another note Dark Lord, you will need to install a custom Firmware upgrade to your PSP, which will void your warranty. This, however, is actually pretty easy to do, and will give you the ability to emulate less-impressive consoles, like the NES, SNES, and GBA. I personally have never done this, being I don't own a PSP.

@Dark Lord - Very simple fix. Simply go to "Options" and then "NDS Backup Media". Change it to Flash 512K. I'll post a screenshot in a sec.

Edit: Okay, uploaded the picture. On another note, for Pokemon Platinum, turning off sound oddly enough stops it from loading. Took me a while to research the problem.

You can also change the emulation speed to help things (that option is in the upper left hand corner). "Unlimited MHz Disaster" can help if you simply can't run it at normal speed, while the normal speed options if your computer is strong enough. I usually can milk 170% by changing sound to Digital Mono, and reducing the Sound Sampling Rate to 10 Hz. In addition to this, restarting the computer can help if you haven't in a while.

Nah, I have the Dish 180 package (or is it 200 now?), as well as a select few movie channels - that is 2 TMC channels and 5 Encore channels - however no HBO. Though, it does sound interesting. "Geroge Lopez: Tall, Dark, and Chicano".

Well, make sure the save type is at "Flash 128k". If you still get a whitescreen thereafter you should delete or move the save file (ROM.sav) as well as any additional battery files.

Also, I personally recommend using VBA-m, which was created after VBA went dorment. It combines many features found in other GBA emulators, like linking.
