I am making an Anime. I have the story written down and I am currently making the episodes. However, I would like to give my favorite community first looks of what the episodes are going to be about. Its not possible to write in any base system. binary is base 2, hexadecimal is base 16, octal is base 8, and decimal is base 10. See below for why:

I will, none the less, make one more point. Text isn't the only thing that has to be encoded; to render anything, images, documents, videos, you must have the correct encoding. And, if you try to load an image with a text encoding, you might find the oddest stuff.

Binary is invalid on its own - it must be interpreted by something. In PHP, the binary is first transformed to text, which PHP then interprets. With an image, a specific encoding, such as PNG or JPG, must be interpreted with an image viewer. With OOXML, the package is first interpreted as a zip package, uncompressed, then interpreted to text, which is interpreted by the processor as XML.

After all, binary is no different than decimal, it's just a way of stating a number. Binary can be understood by a computer in 2,000 different ways. Of course, you do still have a point, binary is always interpreted in a basic way, which is what the interpreters use :P I would be interested in seeing a document which states actual letters, though - usually text is just a glyph in the first place, and can vary impressively. So, if you do have such a document, please show it to me, I still like to know more for future arguments :P

You have to try it out; usually it's the problem with the ROM.

Also, Freezewarp; the ROM image crashed so it doesn't actually have to do anything with the emulator. It's due to the rom, and it usually happens when you try to open a rom which doesn't have a valid image, which means the ROM is screwed up; however if it does that in the middle of the game then something is fucked up with the ROM.

Emulators will often contain lists, though it depends. Also, audio and video playback varies. What are you trying to emulate?

Yes - you have to either dump the cartridge to a ROM, and then trade using a link-supported emulator, or dump the ROM to a flash cart and trade with the console, then dump it back. Its also possible to connect over Wi-Fi and trade, I believe, though that only applies to the 4th gen, and I'm still not convinced it will, for sure, work.

you know what i read on serebii about getting pokemon like mewtwo and the lati twins on HG/SS, it seems that once the easy ways of getting these guys i'll destroy people teams with them. Cause mostly mine are really weak ivs for most of the legends from firered since those games dont work for nature seeking powered pokemon, and going the getting latias/latios the hard way by beating the E4 and getting random natures and ivs for them.
