Well, technically my site is Pokezam, though I plan on using this domain when I actually spend the time to read up on how to protect my content (and if GNU or CreativeCommons would be better):

A rather elegant page, considering that all the information is on one PHP page, with the different IDs stored in arrays.

Apache has no front end. To configure the site, you modify the underlying configuration file. If you need any help, I probably could provide it, though I never have worked directly with Apache (rather Ubuntu Server).
Also, that domain hasn't been purchased it doesn't seem. Have you actually purchased the domain and registered with a hosting company (or set up your own 1000 dollar server)?

I'm trying to have my own computer host the site. Why pay for something that was built to be free?

lolz. You are aware that a desktop computer is not build to be a server? It lacks the ability to handle the bandwidth of people viewing the site. It does, on the other hand, fulfill the needed webspace and everything.
Also, you will have to purchase the domain. Of course, if you want a free domain, check out .tk domains. I have considered using them, though have yet to register one.
