After of tinkering, the new set of user ranks has been added. These ranks will replace the old, somewhat corny, user titles. And, of course, with this change there is the bonus of being able to have a custom user title, while still representing your posts.

It should be noted that all of the user ranks use PNG image transparency. Older browsers, and notably Internet Explorer 6, will not render them properly. We personally recommend switching to a newer browser, like Internet Explorer 7 or 8 (depending on which is supported), Firefox 2 or 3 (also depending on which is supported), Safari 3, Opera 9, or Google Chrome.

Anyway, here are the user ranks, as well as the qualifications to get them:

Yes, they are the Kanto Badges. Although, there are several other Kanto Badges, but these are the ones that are mainly used in the games and such.

Should there be an Elite Four Champion where Pokemon league is and Pokemon League where Pokemon Master is? And make Pokemon Master at least, 3500 or 4000?

You're only saying that because you want to be a Pokemon Master. It just gives members whom are already at the stage of Pokemon Master a drive to continue posting. I know that some feel that once they're at the final stage, there is no point of continuing being on a Forum. That is the only reason I suggested it. Perhaps have Elite Trainer Levels before going to Pokemon League Champion and so on and so forth.

No, I just like it the way it is. I guess it would be nice to have a bigger goal once you get to 2.5k posts, though. Like our buddy FreezeWarp.

I like it the way it is as well, but it isn't always about our staff. The staffs job is to make the Forums a better place for the regular members, no? To keep order within the Forums. So, with that being said, I have been in several Forums where people complain about the goals as you said not being higher. I have no problem with going up to Pokemon Master at 2500, but it isn't about the me or my fellow staff members.

Truthfully, I would think that it would make sense to add something in between there, however I'm not entire sure what. Elite-Four Champinon seems no different from League champion, however thats not to say there aren't positions in-between. For instance, there could be a Battle Frontier champion after League champion.

Regardless, I'll leave it this way for a little while longer, or at least until I am excessively bored and I'm trying to procrastinate with ZamFights.

I'd put Battle Frontier before Pokemon League Champion considering that the Sinnoh League and all that is a more important accomplishment than being the Battle Frontier Brain.

By the way, I think we need to extend the badges. Maybe someone posts 3000 posts? What will his badge be?
I suggest adding the badges of the other regions...

Posts that have been deleted will be subtracted from the post count, but only then.
