Hm... I would have to say The Sims 3 and games such as Runescape and Doom. Fear was real good too.

The Sims is a strategic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strategy_game) life-simulation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Life_simulation_game) computer game (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_computer_game) developed by Maxis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maxis) and published by Electronic Arts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_Arts). It was created by game designer Will Wright (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Will_Wright_%28game_designer%29), also known for developing SimCity (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SimCity). It is a simulation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_simulation) of the daily activities of one or more virtual persons ("Sims (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sim_%28Maxis_Sim_games%29)") in a suburban (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suburb) household near SimCity.
The Sims was first released on February 4, 2000. By March 22, 2002, The Sims had sold more than 6.3 million copies worldwide, making it the best-selling PC game (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_best-selling_video_games) in history; the game has shipped 16 million copies worldwide as of February 7, 2005. Since its initial release, seven expansion packs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sims#Expansion_packs) and a sequel,
The Sims 2 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sims_2) (with its own expansion packs), have been released. A third game, The Sims 3 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sims_3), was released June 2, 2009. The Sims has won numerous awards, including GameSpot (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GameSpot)'s "Game of the Year Award" for 2000. 'The Sims' franchise also holds the record for best-selling games franchise of all time, with more than 100 million copies of Sims 1, Sims 2, all expansion and stuff packs being sold worldwide to date.

Well, The Sims 3 is said to be only for PC. I don't want it for PC though, so I haven't played it. However, the other sims I have played on PC. I played The Sims 2 and The Sims: Bustin' Out on PS2. I also played bustin' out on the regular Xbox and The sims 2 on the Gamecube. So, the other versions aren't just for the Computer. The Sims 3 is still under debate for me.

Because of my operating system there aren't a whole lot of options available, however I would say that PokerTH and DreamChess rank up high. BZ-Flag is also one I thoroughly enjoy.

I had Left 4 Dead, but I can't find it anymore. It was a good game.

I never cared much for the story, not saying it was terrible, but Online is so much more entertaining. I pwn people online.

Same here. The only time I consider playing the Story Mode is when I am extremely bored and cannot find anything else better to do.

I was playing Fallout 2... It's a lot like Runescape...
Runescape because I play it at least 4 hours a day. It's sad, isn't it? I need some exercise. It's just too addicting, though, and I have too many good friends.

Some huge spyware program that only works on Solaris in MSDOS mode using KDE.

My favorite computer game is probably Geneforge. It's a single-player rpg, not really known.

I'm not sure I have. How advanced is it? i.e. Are there a lot of really big numbers?

The biggest number they have is 9,426,730.1958
Now to contribute to the thread: I'm pretty sure I haven't said Cortex Command yet. I like TB18 better than the latest versions, though. The new ones are gay.
