By they need to let him rest, I mean that they need to shut up about malestation and how forty-six year old man should never have a sleepover. Those were brought up in the past. The man had to live with people talking about him almost his whole life after he made Neverland.

He even made a song called "Leave Me Alone." It talked about how most of the rumors about him chaining up his chimp/monkey, how he abused his elephants and all that bul lcrap. They need to just talk about his Life and Legacy. No need to talk about the bad things. They already talked about that then. What's the point of bringing things such as that up now?

They are no longer making copies for old games like Halo, or Megaman. Because they are not making copies, the only way to get a game like that is to go and buy a used one. Because the store that sold a used game gets all the money from it, the company who made the game will not sue you for stealing it.

xD it's a funny story actually. The Bleach Club has a forum called Las Nochas. rotrum cusses at the admin, creator of the forum badly, calling her a bitch, and then get's banned for 300 days, then he throws a bitchfit in the club thread on Serebii.

EDIT: rotrum is a captain while DK is actually a liutenant, so he outclasses her but she banned him. 8D

I always found it weird, but I was an Admin of a Forum before and... I noticed there are these following high ranking positions listed:

Founder
Administrator
Global Moderator
Moderator

And if you want to create any other high ranking positions. But, yeah... I thought that was weird cuz I've been to just about every Forum made and no one uses the Founder position.

I list the founder as the primary admin. I feel those that have less power should not be lumped in the same category even if they are all admins.

As you know from PE2K, mods have individual forums they mod and thus appear before global mods. Thus I prefer promoting to Global Mod automatically.

On Vbulletin, there is internal configuration that puts an Admin above the rest - those are being able to view the admin log, being able to delete the admin log, and being able to give administrators different permissions. For security concerns, even I can't delete the admin log, as if my account was hacked I would like to know I could find the damage, however I can of-course view it and give administrators permissions. Essentially, I'm de founder :P

*shakes head* No, no one can right now, actually. You set users who can perform those tasks in the Vbulletin configuration file. I'm the only one who can perform the three aforementioned tasks, while no one, assuming I choose not to change the file, can prune the admin login.

Well, it wouldn't be impossible to merge the two in really any image manipulation application (I would use Gimp, though even MS Paint should work fine).

Though, I had seen it rendered that way when I was quoting it; I had thought it was a new feature in Firefox 3.5 (too bad, too - that could be a cool rendering method).

I'm not entirely sure about that. I could easily do that with just a few lines of code utilizing PHP GD. The browser itself would have many more advanced utilities, making it possible to load it quicker and be cross-platform.

Of course, you would have to wait for the image to load first, but you don't necessarily have to display it until after chopping it to pieces.

My Internet is so friggin slow in downloading. Does anyone know how to speed up BitTorrent? I'm getting 0.9 kb/s on a download with Bandwidth allocation set to high.

It's all about seeding and leeching. A well seeded torrent will allow you to get the most from your connection. I remember downloading old wrestling PPVs at 350kb per second. That's why sites always ask people to seed.

The other download I have is going 59 kb/s with 12/45 seeds.

I also noticed that if I limit my upload rate to something really low, my download rate also gets really low.

I guess you really do get as much as you give :)

Most of the torrents I use have very high seeding rates, though that can vary. Generally I never download something over bit-torrent when an HTTP/FTP download takes less time, nor when there is no HTTP/FTP option.

Also, I personally use KTorrent; pure awesomeness.

I'm not sure since I paid in advance (since we went with people from our church and stuff)... There were free rides and expensive food, so either the entrance fee is a low price or a rip-off probably. To be honest, I spent $17 on food, but I could have survived with $7-$10. ;)
