HG/SS - Updated Gym Leaders/Elite 4/Red?

Just as the topic and poll suggests, should there be updated Gym Leaders/Elite Four and Red? I ask this because in the old Pokemon G/S/C games, Lance's strongest Pokemon was his Dragonite at Level 50. In the newer Pokemon FR/LG and P/D/P, we've seen a dramatic increase in the Pokemon levels. Compared to those, the Pokemon in the old Gold, Silver and Crystal were under leveled. So, what do you think?

I personally, would like to see more stronger Gym Leaders, Trainers, Elite 4, etc. Also, Red's party should be somewhere around level 80-90 so it can be more of a challenge.

I don't personally don't think anybody in Johto should be higher leveled - rather just those in Kanto (and Red), while the Elite Four can be fought numerous times with a slight (not major) level increase each time). Say, 10 rematches, three levels each time, 30 level increase total.

And, as for those in Kanto, every trainer should be at least 10 levels stronger, sometimes more. Likewise, there should be many more trainers.

I definitely want them to be stronger, since we can easily defeat them.
