Dialga/Palkia/Giratina Available in HG/SS

One thing that still shocks me tremendously is the fact that Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina can be obtained in HeartGold / SoulSilver, if only by Nintendo Event. Merely doing this seemed to take a lot of the value away from Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. However, perhaps I'm not the only one who feels this way. How does everyone else feel about this choice?

Pretty much the same. I think that with all the new things being introduced in HG/SS, Pokemon from the Sinnoh Region is just going to make the Sinnoh Game Trio seem like crap. I mean, seriously... walking around with just about any Pokemon you own or anything is enough to win most people over. And in this one, it seems like it is going to be easy to obtain one of them. If you read the news on the site, you'll see something good about how to get Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina.

Um, I don't really see the point of having these Pokemons in HG/SS.
Some people are saying they are invaluable because you can EV train them, and that is awesome. However, I don't find it much of a special thing.

In any case, I also agree with you, FreezeWarp. This seems to make D/P/Pt of less value; very much less value indeed. Since we know that they won't serve a major role in the game most likely, this adds to the uselessness even more.

I forgot to bring this up. They're apparently all at Level 1 and are activated by the movie Arceus. You can also only get one per game.
