CoroCoro confirmed that a special level 5 Jirachi is to be given away in DS Download Stations and NintendoZone areas in Japan, as a Wifi event, but it is not yet confirmed if it is a general Wifi event avaialable worldwide or no. It knows the moves: Wish, Rest, Confusion, and a special move, Draco Meteor, and has a Liechi berry attached to it. It also unlocks a new area in HG/SS when traded over. It is going to be available from June 19th to July 17th.
