When the english pokemon plantium game comes out and i get the wonder cards for darkrai-Arceus.
Can I give a wonder card to my pokemon diamond game and get the wonder cards that way, or will the game not allow me? Also does this work for the japanese versions too?

You cannot trade Wonder Cards unfortunately either from Japanese to English Platinum or from English Platinum to English Diamond. The events are only intended for Platinum.

well that sucks, I'll try it anyways to see if i'll get lucky with it, but like you said it might not work.
