The 5 new formes names are:Heat Forme,Wash Forme,Frost Forme,Spin Forme and Cut Forme.

Am I the only one who actually likes the new formes? Also, it's a very cute story of how Pluto discovered them. >w< I doubt they'll actually be much good in battle, though.
