I just got 1 male and female on Pokemon sapphire. I don't now how to evolve it, though I know I need to max out its beauty. but How i can feed my Feebas a Pokeblock?

You need to get the Pokeblock Case which you get in the Slateport City Contest Hall.

You make a Pokeblock at the Contest Hall by mixing with people. It's best to mix with the guy at Slateport City or Verdanturf Town (wherever there's only one guy).

And try feeding PokeBlocks with really good dry berries. The ones like pamtre, wiki, and cornn will all super boost your Feebas' beauty, which is what you're trying to aim for. :)

One final tip I would recommend to you is to not save from when you started feeding your Feebas to when you stop. Soon enough you will max out Feebas's contest stats and if the beauty stat isn't high enough, you will need to recapture Feebas and start all over. This way if it doesn't evolve once it will no longer be able to have any more berries, you won't have to recapture it.

Well the computer AI isn't exactly that smart so it gives more chances for the blending process to get X's instead of O's or Double O's.
