Has anyone tried the new chrome browser for Windows? I find it a very good first start, and I can't wait to see linux and mac versions. Here are some of the major new things you will find:

--Better tab integration (or worse depending on how you look at it), if one crashes the others don't
--A mode which prevents a wide variety of tracking, which they call "Incognito Mode"
--Desktop integration far better than most other browsers

Has anyone else tried it? What do you think of it. I'd like to see it become more popular.

On a side note I'd really like to see a google operating system. I mean, imagine you booting strait to a web browser. Inside the web browser is everything you do, everything on the web. It'd be awesome. It would also probably cut down on the size of the OS.

I downloaded it because when I saw it on TV I though it looked pretty cool. But, I never used it though.

Yeah, Firefox is definitely better. Though, when Chrome makes it to Linux, and it sounds like it will, I will actually have a good browser with the WebKit engine. The best I can find is a really cut back browser, Epiphany I believe it was.
