Platinum for the UK

Anyone got any idea about when it'll come out in the UK? Like a rough estimate? Early summer next year seeing as the Japanese is coming out in September and i saw on a thread people would think it'll come out in April for the US?

My patience might get the better of me though and I might import, but then my firered [where ever that is] would be useless as would my sapphire, but my emerald would be ok [unless I put some on my pearl game, pinch my sis's DS and transfer from game to game..]

Platinum in the US is probably to be expected around mid-late April although it could possibly go into May as Emerald did. So for the UK, I'm thinking around late summer as you said.

I say if you want to import before then, go ahead and do so. I'm importing the Japanese game since I simply can't wait for it.

I would love to own a Japanese game, but I can't read Japanese.. =.= Plus I'm wondering how much it would cost and where I could get one..

I feel like such a nerd, I watched one of the Japanese vids for Platinum and exclaimed 'Wow, cool!' when the Pokemon turned to look at you xD I have wanted the Pokemon to recognize you for ages xD Makes you get sucked into the game more, if you know what I mean.

I can't read Japanese either, and that hasn't stopped me. If a game is good enough, why wait for it.

The game isn't too much, though since I'm paying for express shipping, it's ranging at about £30. If I went with the cheapest shipping, it would run me about £25.

I remember when I bought Leaf Green, and it was one of the greatest moments in my life at that time.

I'd import the JP version myself if I was allowed. However, my mum just gets all "Ooh, shouldn't you just wait for the English release?". It's very annoying... >.>
