I would suggest the same thing for DPP, but Platinum has WAY more extra stuff than Emerald had. Torn world, Dialga, Palkia, AND Giratina, Cold Climate, New HP thingy, etc.

I have an Idea to Save Akai from having Mudkip in the R/S/E log, how about, since Akai is doing Ruby, she gets fire; Torchic, since I'm doing sapphire, I get water; Mudkip, and since Rhappy's going Emerald, she get's Grass; Treecko.

No it doesn't. When it evolves into Swampert it's only weakness will be Grass. Grass is not a big deal either, because Swampert can learn Ice moves and Grass is weaker than Ice.

Types don't matter much in pokemon games. Favoritism overcomes whether pokemon are "Good or "Bad in personal opinions. Personally I find Treecko to be the best starter, because of it's agility.

HA! all you people who are talking about mudkips and other pokemon being the best , your all wrong!

For a pokemon to be the best it has noting to do with lv,types or anything like that. I has to do with your personal thoughs on the pokemon. meaning If you like it or not.

People are diffren't some like grass,ice,dark, what ever types of pokemon and raise them because they like them. To them that makes them the best. Simple.

Now thats just the best. to be the strongest...well..that is all about the moves,types,and levels.

Well I'll follow Kabooom where ever he goes. I came here to play that game, and as long as the hope lingers that it will some day return, I will STAY and support Kaboom till the very end. Hundreds of people played that game, hundreds of people LIKE that game, if not love it and were addicted to it like I was. If Kaboom want to keep the game going, he's gonna need all the support he can get.

I sent him my e-mail so he can contact me. If he's banned for whatever stupid reason, I'll set up temporary forums for us gamers to go to and rally. I'll announce it on here so the other players know where to go.

He had to give me a big hug last night when I resorted to snuggling up (quietly) and watching hero's till early this morning to take my mind off it, nothing like a little super human action to cheer a girl up.

This is hardly as serious as anyone thinks. It wasn't even serious back then despite it appearing that way.

All the "drama" on Pokemon forums has been a result of one thing; boredom. A lot of times that cannot be helped especially with the increasing cost of living. Nothing is ever as serious as it seems.

I don't think it was boredom, Mr staff Member. I've been to plenty of forums since I was 13 years old, one of them I stayed with for 5 solid years, and I've seen this happen everywhere. It's NOT boredom. The flames come from people ebing impatient and greedy, wanting everything their way when it was KABOOM'S game and HIS decision. If alakazam didn't like it, he should have gotten more involved in it like he should have been from the start. And don't give me that RL crap Ala was trying to say....everyone has a real life. Look at me, I'm a SINGLE mother who is abused by her sister and struggling to reach my RL goals, but ya know what? coming online is my release, my escape.

People will flame no matter where you go. You can't please everyone, I learned that the hard way when I was Kaboom's age. It's not boredom, it's a difference in opinion and everyone wants to be right....and the only people who are right are those in charge.

I'll stand by Kaboom till the end and see this thing through. I also want Akai to return.

I realize you have your troubles, although it is true about Pokemon forums. They do carry a overblown drama. The focus as the years go on continues to be less on Pokemon and more on arguing.

I say it's now a time to be positive. Platinum is out soon, and trust me when I say Akai's ban isn't for long.

Good. I know she can be rough too but that's part of what makes her so strong and a good asset to the forums.


And for the other games....no phase on me. I don't have anything to play them on anymore since they were stolen (got silver for X-mas, stolen months later @ school, ex gave me Sapphire with Latias AND Latios, he took it back...) and no money with which to buy them. This was the only way I could play it.
