Kaboom needs to increase the chance for a Happy Scarf. I know Happiness needs to be earned, but he can have the item be on the Pokemon, and have it Lv up like 10 Lvs before it evolves.

I really think Pokemon need to be a certain Lv before you use the stones, since the game is based on types, not moves. Like a Lv8 Arcanine would be a lot worse off in the real Pokemon games.

Lv20 possibly. That's what I'm going for anyway... And unlike in the games, Eevee does not suck. It's got pretty good stats.

Yeah, I was going for at least lvl15 :3 My espeon and umbreon were different, though. Since I was unable to evolve them due to errors, for a while, at least.

I know 0: I'm glad I started with it.
