Is there an easier way to catch an eevee other than getting one from bebe?

Technically, if you are given a Pokemon, it's not catching... And since Eevee only appear after the E4, in the Mansion's Garden, and are extremely rare, I'd have to say no. You could just play FireRed or LeafGreen and get an Eevee that way... or breed the one you have.

Yes lovee, if you breed your Leafeon you will still get an Eevee in the egg.
