Nowheresville, AKA Starter Town, AKA Nothing Place, AKA Green Hills - Pallet Town.
Parallel Kanto, something-something hours.

In the midst of something-something hours, the blue sun hangs high in the orange sky, bathing the green hills of Parallel Pallet Town in blue light. A sour wind blows through the loud town, pleasing the odd Pokemon and making the wild Miltank cheer. The sweet summer day doesn't end here (as a matter of fact we won't know when it will end), because a refreshing scent of grass and roses swirls into the air. It's as if Mother Nature is urging four new trainers on to be the best Pokemon Master....eva!!

Professor Oak (or as he likes to be called, Proffie O) stands in front of these newbs in his lab. He's wearing his 70's Peace shirt with some bootcut jeans (in Parallel, he just couldn't grow up) and some huge blocker sunglasses. His wild, sandy hair is thrown to the side as he looks at these nublets-or "fresh young folk", as he calls them and smiles. Yes, in Parallel Kanto, Professor Oak smiles!

"Now, young life, you have your gears of war that will surely harm people: your PokeDex and your very own starter Pokemon," he says calmly and draggingly, before continuing, "Now go into the Pokemon World and become the best Pokemon Master....eva!"

Proffie O then opens up a bottle of Spritzer and starts partying to old people music. The new trainers are quick to leave the lab.

These four new trainers are going to experience a new journey, a fresh new start! With their new starter Pokemon at their side and their own daring attitude, they each have the potential to become something great! The long road to sucess begins here for these young folk, a sinuous (meaning curvy, not full of sin to you odd people out there) begins here!

Parallel Kanto, Who-Ever-Knows-Hours

"Wow, my first Pokemon..." Misha breathed, absolutely rapt in the glory of this moment. This was the minute she had been waiting for her entire life, the escape from Celadon City she had been looking for this whole time (albeit deep down). This second would change her life forever, and she knew already that it was for the best. Just one tiny click would make the difference of everything! Her new way of life as a Pokemon trainer gathering badges, the new friends she was going to make, the scenic places she was going to travel to...

She did not waste any time. Gently, as if she was holding a baby and not a steel ball, she let the tip of her sweaty fingernail touch the center of the ball. She was not shocked, but rather exhilirated when the ball bounced open in a flurry of red light.

"Chatot, chat!" the Parrot Pokemon squealed in delight...or so she thought.

"Wow!" She exclaimed.

That was before Chatot started pecking his master. "Wait!" she cried, trying to stop her Pokemon. The crazy Pokemon continued to peck at his new master, for his own amusement. Well, this first moment would be rememborable!

Zach walked out of "proffie O's" lab. He couldn't decide which pokemon to take and told professor Oak to give him something he'd like. So Zach has no idea what's in the pokeball in his hand. he decided to find out right now who his companion would be, so he pressed the small button in the center of the pokeball.
In a flash of red light, out came a small pokemon.

"vul-pix" Said the tiny pokemon

"Oh wow!" Zach excaimed. "So Beautiful..." He said his eyes growing wide and his smile broadening.

He scooped up the pokemon in his arm and hugged it tightly, not thinking of what may come next.
"Vul!" Said Vulpix unleashing a small ember.
Zach Realised his shoulder was on fire and quickly put vulpix down and starting patting and stroaking the fire on his shoulder.
"You sly fox!" He said with a grin.
Vulpix smiled and did a strange laugh kind of sound.
"would like to go into the pokeball?" Asked Zach
Vulpix immedatly shook his head no.
"Sounds Good!" said Zach walking out of Pallet Town to begin his adventure.

Stephanie was so happy that she would get another pokemon. She asked "Proffie O" for a pokemon that would be quiet, and he gave her a pokemon, not telling her what was inside.

She'd never used a pokeball, so this would be interesting opening it up. Steph looked at it, and threw it on the ground. Nothing happened. She tried to pry it open, but that didn't work either. Then she saw the little button in the middle. "I guess I should try it," she said aloud. As soon as it was pressed, the ball opened up and out came a Ralts. "You are too cute!"

[Akai]

Akai went to Prof Oak's lab and left within the hour. She was jealous of his awesome shirt and wanted one... but all she got was a pyramid-shaped object. She sighed, staring at it, "Aw... I don't like YuGiOh..." She whined more, pressing a button and forming it into a ball, "Let's go. Let's see who's in there." The ball hit the ground and exploded like a firework. Bright lights, some snaps and whistles, and a giant plume of red smoke filled the air. A figure rose from the smoke, cocking back his head and letting out a deep, raspy laugh, "MWUAHAHAHA!! I am finally free of that prison. My reign of evi-..." The Pokemon saw Akai and suddenly morphed into the cutest thing on four legs. He flashed his huge eyes at her, squeaking out in an innocent little voice, "Eeeevee!"

"....okay... (Did he just just say prison? And Mwuahaha?)" Akai blinked.

"(No, I said Mwuahahaha... Three Ha's)" Eevee's evil voice echoed in her head.

"Oh... WAIT!! He can read my thoughts!?" Akai jumped back. Eevee hushed a curse and trotted to Akai, trying to be as cute and innocent as possible. Akai smiled a little, "O-okay... back in your PokeBall... erm, pyramid thing." She withdrew Eevee, and hurried to the next town.

Zach was heading out the town and suddenly stopped.
"Vul?" ASked Vulpix.
"We forgot something Vulpix!" Zach laughed.
"Vul, pix?" Said Vulpix confusingly.
"We need a map!" Said Zach. "And some items."

Zach ran over to Proffie O.
"Yo, prof!" Zach yelled. "Do you have any items I could have?"
"Err.. ummm." He said pulling out a box. " I think I have some extras..."
Zach ran over to Proffir O. "Like what?" Zach asked. "Potions, pokeballs?"
Proffie O pulled out; 1 Map 3 Potions 5 Pokeballs 2 paralyze heal and 3 antidotes
"THanks!" Said Zach running back over to the grass.
"Vul-pix!" Said Vulpix before licking Proffie O and following Zach.

"I shall call you Moe. You will be my Moe, always mine..." Misha drifted off as she hugged her new Pokemon. The Chatot seemed surprised, but at least he stoppped pecking her to death! That was some progress, right?

The newb then let go of her Pokemon, letting the parrot spread out his wings. She took a long look at the road out of Pallet Town, and sighed. She really wished she had a map or something of the sort, but Proffie O already gave her a Pokemon and a Dex. She knew the old man wouldn't budge beyond that.

"Hey, Moe, do you have any idea where we should be heading?" the oblivious girl asked whilst staring straight into Viridian Forest. No really, she was seriously staring straight at the only path the trainers could take!

"Viridian, Viridian!" The Chatot spoke, although Misha wasn't really paying attention. He slapped himself on his forehead as his trainer went up to the other three beginners.

"Hey, do you know where we're supposed to go now?" she asked with Bright Eyes and a smile.

"well, let's look." Said Zach answering the newb's question and pulling otu his newly obtained map"By the way, My name is Zach, what's yours?" He asked.

[Catty]

((Bright Eyes? LOL!))

"Okay, now to name you...How does Lisa sound?" The pokemon looked up at Stephanie with a "you've got to be kidding me" face. "Oh, you're a guy!?" Ralts nodded. "Okay, do you like Trooper?" He bowed his head, looking like a nod to Steph. "Okay, you are now Trooper! I like that name."

She walked over to where all of the others were, copy that one girl Misha.

"What are you guys talking about over here?" she asked them.

"Oh, we're just trying to figure out where we go next." Replied Zach "I think we go through route one to Viridian city..." Zach added. "By the way what are your names? I'm Zach!"

"I'm Misha!" the girl exhuberantly replied to both of the trainers. She took in their Pokemon, and nodded: they were beginngers like her too. "And this is Moe!" she introduced her parrot Pokemon. Said Pokemon smiled and quacked happily.

[Catty]

"Oh, he's really cute! I'm Stephanie, and this is Trooper." Sh ponited at her pokemon. "I'm new kinda new at the whole 'leaving home and going on a journey' thing. why did you guys leave?"

[Charmander99]

"well..." he began " My Father was a pokemon trainer you see... and I really wanna be as good as him when I am older!" Zach explained. " I think he even beat the Kanto Champion! So you see, I really wanna be as good as my Dad..."

[Akai]

Akai had been staring at the sun for some reason. "I think I saw an Uh-oh..." She smiled, finally taking her gaze off the sun, "I am Akai. Hello everyone."

Misha nodded at the other trainers and smiled. They were like her too, with each their own story and own adventure. That comforted her, even motivating her more to become something much better than her brother. "My brother was a Pokemon trainer, so I wanted to be one too," she answered with an understatment. Moe took his perch on her shoulder, and she smiled.

"I saw my friend's uh-oh the other day," she beamed, oblivious to the fact that that was not the uh-oh Akai was talking about! "Nice to meet you Akai!" she replied.

[Akai]

Akai beamed with happiness, "Really!? Can I see it? I really want to see an Uh-oh up close. They're so beautiful and big... with lots of pretty colors." -Akai stops typing, until she can breath again... Too... much... laughing...-

[Shiny Espeon]

"I agree!" Misha beamed with a smile. She took out her cell phone, because she remembered that she took a picture of her friend's uh-oh the other night. "Here it is!" she said with a smile, opening up the picture and showing her phone to Akai. Moe's eyes widened, and he giggled in a very odd way!

[Akai]

Akai turned red and looked away in horror. "What is that!?" Eevee grinned, somehow popping out of his PokeBall, "Awesome... Erm... Eevee."

[Shiny Espeon]

"What's so nasty about the newest video game?..." Misha asked innocently. Moe widened his eyes some more, and reached out to the phone, as if he could take it out and start playing it. His trainer smiled at his youth (like Gai Sensei) before putting her phone back.

"Well, I guess we gotta go to that creepy Viridian Forest..." she stated with a crooked voice. Ever since she had seen a ghost documentary with a forest, she was scared. BUT she had to conquer her fears! It was the only way she was going to become the greatest pokemon master....EVA!!

"Here we go..." she murmured as she walked forward to the forest.

Zach finished explaining to stephanie and turned to misha.
"You do know that virdian is before viridian forest don't you?" Zach asked "Because you don't need to go to the 'creepy' forest quite yet." He said with a wink on forest.

[Shiny Espeon]

"Hey, would you come with us? It looks kinda creepy in that place...." Misha asked Zach, pointing to the forest. She got scared really easy, but she knew she could waltz through that forest if she had motivation. She just wanted company, more company besides a "Squak! Wrong Way! Squak!" every five minutes.

[Charmander99]

"Ummm.... Er... I.....ah.." Zach said blushingly. THis was the first time a girl ever Asked him something. "I guess I could..." He replied "Vulpix would be good against the grass and Bug pokemon..." he added.

[Catty]

"Can I go too? It sounds like this could be a lot of fun!" She got over exciting, thinking they would say yes. But she didn't even know these people, yet alone what they would act like.

[Charmander99]

"It's alright with me if it's alright with me if it's alright with misha...." Zach replied to Stephanie.
"Vul-pix" Vulpix Said annoyingly. "We'd better leave soon, vulpix is getting tired of waiting." Zach told them

"I see," Misha replied with a smile in Vulpix's direction. Moe, too, had become restless, flapping his colorful wings every five minutes and quietly squaking. The squaks were a nice noise, Misha had to admit, but she didn't want to keep the Pokemon waiting. "Chat, chat...." the Pokemon replied as his trainer scratched the fur under his beak.

"Alright! We'll go into the forest now," the trainer said to Zach and Steph.

Zach mood changed the instant misha said alright, he was all hyper-active now."hurray! Off we go then!" Said Zach delightfully "I wonder what kind of pokemon we'll find?" He asked himself and Vulpix.
"Vulpix, Vul!" Vulpix was happy now too. Zach and Vulpix continued on with Misha and Stephanie with a new bounce in his step.

[Catty]

Stephanie decided to try to occupy them as they walked. "So, where did yuo guys use to live?" She was interested, and maybe she would learn more about them with this question.

[Charmander99]

"I was born on cinnabar Island, that's why I have a fascination for fire pokemon" Zach said waving his hand towards Vulpix. "I hope I can Catch a growlithe on our adventure. They are too cute!"

[Catty]

"Oh, yeah, sure. I had one when I was littler. Had him for only about a week though.."

"what happened to him?" Said Zach noticing Steph's sad face "Oh... sorry" Zach said feeling bad.

"Growlithe are cute," Misha suddenly said, a blush lighting up her face. She had seen plenty of those Pokemon at her home town back in Celadon, and to be honest she wouldn't mind having one.

"Yes, they are." Zach said "Very cute..."
"Vulpix?" Growled Vulpix. "Yes Vulpix you're cute too!" Replied Zach laughingly.

Rp's going on freeze due to the fact that almost everybody will be vacationing and stuff. The Discussion Thread is still open to talk about the plans of this RP, but when Catty and Charmander come back we will resume. :3
