I need help with my pokemon team... Could I get some advise on how to change it?

Here it is:

Torterra lvl 80
Giga drain
Razzor leaf
Earthquake
Stealth rock

216 attack
194 defense
148 Sp. Attack
168 Sp.def
142 speed
Hardy natured.

Staraptor lvl 68
Fly
Quick attack
Aerial ace
Roost

189 Attack
120 Defense
90 Sp. Attack
92 Sp. Def
175 Speed
Quirky natured

Infernape lvl 52
Flamethrower
Grass knot
Close Combat
Shadow claw

Attack 124
Defense 80
Sp. attack 150
Sp. Def 89
Speed 141
Mild natured

Empoleon lvl 40
Brine
Ice beam
Defog
Surf

Attack 67
Defense 79
Sp. attack 98
Sp. Defense 99
Speed 64
Timid Natured

Luxray lvl 36
Thunder/bolt
Charge
Crunch

Attack 94
Defense 69
Sp. Attack 89
Sp. Defense 72
Speed 66
Docile Natured

Garchomp lvl 50
Earthquake
Flamethrower
toxic
Dragon pulse

Attack 147
Defense 110
Sp. Attack 102
Sp. def 103
Speed 129
Calm Natured

My thoughts: Replacing Infernape with charizard as a Special Sweeper with speed, replacing Luxray with Magnezone as a Special sweeper (stronger) Without (as much) speed, Replace Empoleon with Walrein for a Wall (both physical and special because of High health) replace Garchomp with Flygon for a physical sweeper, Replace Staraptor with a Honchkrow for a physical sweeper with alot of health and finally replace torterra with shuckle for a great physical wall.

Ideas and Suggestion wanted dearly and if someone could post an explanation of how natures work and maybe a table of what natures benefit and hinder what please?

Well.. first off, there is a general D/P thread.

Second, try making their level even. The highest is 80, while the lowest is 36. That's a BIG difference.

Third, I'd 86 Garchomp. He may seem cool, but he's kind of weak.

Fourth, you have a lot of "replace this with that". If your that unsure of this team, why post it? =/

I'm posting it becuase I am unsure and need advice... Also the levels are different becuase I use these on Wi-fi it automatically makes the levels certain levels... plus I prefer topics rather then threads, sorry I'll change that in the futur I just hate having all these comments mixed up =/ and I know about Garchomp he is weak that's why I am changing it. and thanks SR for the nature table!

Yeah. Both Garchomp and Torterra can be killed by Ice. I'd go for a Normal type like Snorlax or Blissey. I know Blissey has awesome HP, and most Normals can learn most any attack.

On the natures, if you're unsure of your final moveset, or an idea of what it'll end up, I'd go with the neutral natures: Bashful, Docile, Hardy, Quirky and Serious. If you do this, you can simply buy/find stat boosters.
