I have yet to master the art of getting shinies... Although I am still working on it. I have yuet to find a single one. I also am not the best at EV training... All the rare pokemon I could really get are: Legends and Gible. Game exclusive pokemon.

For a fire-type, catch a Numel because Camerupt is pretty strong, imo.

Bolded means for sure. Others= Not sure or temprary.

Good idea, because they're really strong. I saw what you Catty and SE were doing with Sapphire. That made me think of restarting D/P, but I don't want to erase my file and buying another one is just a waste of money. I can't wait until Platinum comes out.

Yeah it is. I agree with everyone else about Taillow. Electric moves are too much for a Wingull. Think about getting a Numel over a Meditite because, like you said, you need a fire type.

The fact that everyone was getting Shiny Pokemon with the Pokeradar kind of made me sour on Shiny Pokemon. I liked getting them at random and over the past two years I have.

Recently, I was trying to get Mirage Island to appear (some may remember my old topic) and in the process found a Shiny Oddish (in an awesome green) and a Shiny Numel.

It was just weird to have people always saying "Hey, using the Pokeradar, I encountered 10 Shiny ________________ in my chain of 40."
