[Pokemaster]

Dust hovered in the air as light filtered through the glass panes of the window. The sunlight gave the room a soft glow to it, revealing the contents. There were a few pictures hanging on the walls, a small plant in the corner, and a bed. On the bed was a young man and his pet.

Crest stirred as Inferno's tail tickled his nose. He sneezed, waking up. "Oh, Inferno, you silly boy..." He ruffled his hand through the small mane on his Growlithe.

He got up, got dressed and went outside to perform his normal routine of feeding the farm's Pokemon. When he arrived to the barn, however, he noticed that Stella, the farm's Miltank, was pregnant. Confused by how it could have happened, as the farm had no Tauros, Crest decided he'd have to go to town so as to obtain the materials and special feed for her.

He and an excited Inferno headed to town, stopping just short of the Supply Store.

"Trinity Village is beautiful... I'll never get tired of it."

Afton woke slowly as a combusken crowed outside her window. She rubbed her eyes and uncoiled herself from her curled-up sleeping position, stretching like a cat before sitting up. She patted her eevee, Pilar, who was sleeping at her feet, to wake her up. The small Pokemon yawned and opened her eyes, looking at Afton sleepily.

"C'mon, sleepy-head, it's time for breakfast," Afton told the Pokemon, picking her up carefully and carrying her out of the room down to the kitchen. She started some bacon and whisked eggs as Pilar went straight to her special place, a cozy little home she had made in the cupboard beneath the stairs, where she kept her favorite pichu toy. When breakfast was ready Afton and Pilar ate and returned to Afton's room so she could shower and dress, and so Pilar could put on her hat. They then went outside and to the barn where Afton fed the other Pokemon.

It was almost lunchtime when Afton was finished feeding and grooming the farm Pokemon, and at that time she got a Ponyta out for an exercise run. Life was quiet on the farm, but she liked it all the same.

The baby blue sky soon began to slowly fade into a beautiful orange as pinkish and purple clouds were seen drifting lazily over the horizon. the sun began to sink beneath the distant fields filled with grazing Mareep. soon one star--followed by millions of stars began to dot the sky as a great blue moon radiated with mystery and wonder like a link to another world. In a small home by the ranch, the sound of crashing kitchen appliances disrupted the silent night. After a tummultuous thud, the door swung open, revealing a shady kid who wore a dark fleece jacket as he dipped and dodged flying pots and pans. He frantically fled from the ferocity of his mother's wrath for oversleeping. In one hand he held a shephard cane, and the other arm held a dangling baby Eevee with shimmering white fur. The pokemon had a ribbon-like collar with a large jingling bell worn around her neck. A young ruby-fured Absol dashed beside the kid as he fled for his life towards the Mareep fields.
".... Aieeee!" the kid yelled. "I-I'm sorry!"
"This is the third week in a row that you overslept, Luneth!" yelled his mother who waved a pan above her head.

[Pokemaster]

Crest finished up at the store and emerged, a yipping Inferno waiting. He heard the clanging of pots and pans and yelling.

"Inferno, take these supplies to the farm."

The little dog nodded and headed off, Crest going to the source of the noise.

[Nytz]

Luneth stopped for a moment to catch his breath from all that running. He saw somthing come at him from the corner of his eye-- a flying pan!
WOOSH! Luneth barely evaded the pan. He let out a sigh of relief and heard the front door to his house slam shut.

"okay..." Luneth panted. He looked at his Absol. "c'mon, Amethyst, we gotta herd these Mareep to the barn before those dang Mighteanas come out to lunch on em'. You ready?"
"Sol!" Amethyst replied. She gave out a stretch--her beautiful velvety fur was lit by the reflection of rich moonlight.
Luneth placed his little Eevee down, which soon began chasing after her own tail. The sight brought a slight smile to Luneth's face. He straightened himself up. "Alright, let's go to work!"

[Pokemaster]

Crest raced over to the young boy. "Seems like you need some help. My name's Crest."
He stuck out a hand for the other to shake.

[Nytz]

Luneth stared at the hand for a moment. He then shook hands with Crest.
"...Luneth" he replied.
the sound of the Mareeps filled the air of the calm night. Suddenly, his absol began to shudder as if somthing had interrupted the peace before anything happened. Luneth knew somthing was about to happen-- somthing bad.
"Amethyst...?" Luneth began. "What is it, girl?"
soon the gruesome howl of the Mighteanas pierced through the serenity of the fields, and the state of mind of the Mareeps. The Mareeps began to utter cries of panic and fear.
"oh no..." Luneth said. he turned to Crest. "Sorry, can't chat now. Gotta handle some business! Let's go, Amethyst! Lunacy!"
"Sol!!"
"Eeveeeee!"
Luneth, Lunacy and Amethyst soon darted towards the source of the the howling, where two Mighteanas stood, snarling with vicious teeth and spewing saliva from their mouths. Amethyst crouched down in pouncing position, growling deeply. Lunacy did the same, mimicing Amethyst's movements in every way.
"Alright, it's battle time!" Luneth shouted. "Gotta protect those Mareeps... so let's do this!"

*Pokemon battle theme music began to play*

Crest's Growlithe came running up, yipping angrily.
"Inferno, get in there and help!"
He growled, nodding at Crest and standing his ground.
"Inferno, use Flamethrower!"
Inferno released a hot jet of streaming magma at the Mightyena, burning one of them.

[Nytz]

Luneth faced Amethyst. "Alright, let's give them a Razor Wind---but please don't ruin the crops like last time, okay?"
"Sol!" Amethyst replied. She began to build up an enormous amount of gales around her.
"Now, Lunacy!" Luneth continued. "Use Helping hand!"
"Eeeeee!" the little Eevee shouted. She began to transfer her energy to Amethyst.
The Mighteanas begun to howl, and soon they became more meanicing looking than ever before. Amethyst then released a powerful blast of razor sharp winds that not only knocked out the Mighteanas, but also destroyed everything within radius of the attack! a great path of demolished soil and crops marked where the attack was made... and Luneth held his head in disbelief.
"Aww no..." he sighed. "I am so grounded...."

[Pokemaster]

"Uhm... If you want... there's a spare mattress at my house. I heard the pots and pans earlier. It may be safer if you stay at my place for the night."

Crest looked at the ruined field, dumbstruck by the power of the Absol.

[Nytz]

eep... he heard all that? Luneth thought. He stared hopelessly at field--- one single corn stalk remained... until it slowly split into two halves that fell opposite of each other.
"well, what more do I have to lose?" Luneth sighed. "Lemme herd these Mareep to the barn first, okay?" He faced his Absol "C'mon, let's try not to mess this one up at least."

[Pokemaster]

"Sure, it's fine. Inferno, help them if they need it."

The pup yipped and went with them as Crest walked with Luneth.

"So, how long have you lived in Trinity Village?"

[Akai]

"Look out!! Waah!" A confused voice screamed from a rising cloud of dust. Cries of frantic Doduo filled the air as the small stampede ran by the two farmers. Akai rode on her Dodrio, who was out of control. She screamed again as she was bucked off and landed hard on the ground. She let out a groan, sitting up. Her Houndour pup ran by, jumping on her and leaping off, running after the Doduo he'd spooked in the first place. Akai sat up again, covered in dust and looked at her herd. "...Oh..." She slowly got to her feet as Zangoose ran by, "I'm on it." Akai bursted herself off, backing up a little, tripping over a Mareep, which gave her a nasty shock, since the little Pokemon didn't like to be stepped on. Akai moaned, laying on the ground.

[Nytz]

Luneth gazed at the girl with a blank expression-- a small sweatdroplet slid down his face. Looks like the party numbers are increasing, he thought. --along with their problems....
Lunacy sprinted over to the slightly blackened girl; a tiny spark of electricity flared from her body from an aftershock, but thankfully the girl was alright. the little Eevee sniffed the girl with curiosity, and then proceeded to lick her in the face. Luneth soon met up with his pokemon and the girl.
"Hey, you alright?" he asked, extending a hand towards the girl to lift her off the ground.

[Pokemaster]

Crest walked with him, offering any assistance necessary.

"What happened?"

[Akai]

Akai took the hand happily, "I was moving my herd to get water and I guess Houndour was sleeping in the grass by the well. He got splashed and went crazy. If one gets spooked, they all do, and I guess they overpowered me and broke out. It all happened so fast."

[Pokemaster]

"Luneth, let's help her out. She'll need to get all these guys rounded up."

Inferno yipped excitedly.

"Alright, Inferno, help round these Dodrio up!"

He nodded, getting to work.

[Akai]

"Zangoose is doing that, actually..."

[Nytz]

"Whelp, let's get this done, Amethyst!" Luneth shouted "Let's get these Mareep back in the barn before more Mighteana show up.... or worst-- before Mom shows up."

"Sol! Ab-Sol!" Amethyst exclaimed. She dashed off with Lunacy following behind her. The Mareep began to run in all directions. Amethyst uttered a slight growl to scare the Mareep just enough to get them to go towards the direction of the barn. Poor little Lunacy tried to do the same.
"Eevee!! Ee!" she growled cutely.... however, none of the Mareep took the tiny pokemon seriously.
Meanwhile, Luneth nearly stumbled to try to get the barn door open. when he finally managed to get it open, he turned just to see a stampede of Mareep closing in on him!
"Oh s..." was the last thing he said before getting trampled and shocked by the Mareep! Great clouds of dust engulfed the surrounding air.
As the dust began to settle, both Amethyst and Lunacy ran over to their trainer whose entire body was inplanted in the soil.
"Mission....Accomplished." Luneth muttered pathetically, his one blackened arm emerging from the ground and raised up to the night sky before it fell back to earth. "....uggh.... what a long night-- I think I'm gonna go to bed right here." He stared at the magestic moon from his subterranean location on the ground. If only I could escape from here, he thought. I would go to the moon, where Clefairy like to play. where A Meowth plays a fiddle, and Miltanks jump over the moon...."
Luneth fell into a slight trance by the moonlight that poured all over the ranch, giving the fields a rich glaze of twinkling luminosity. Volbeats hovered and glided through the grassy fields and hills, their tails glowing in multicolors like a fireworks show.
