If you're looking for a work of art, tailored to your specific request, then this is probably the place. I can do scenes best, for example Grass Pokémon playing in a forest, or mutant zombie-Pokémon attacking a city. The pictures are made using a combination of sprites, and on the GIMP tool.

Border style: [plain, tressed, colour...]
Scene: The more detailed the description, the closer to your expectations it's likely to be.
This example is just a quickie, since I don't have much time. If I'd had more time this would be much better, but it should give you an idea of the sort of thing available.
