=Ye Olde Sprite Battle!=

Hello, all spriters! Welcome to the battle ground to test your skills. You know, *grin* chatting at 3am isn't all bad... You get all sorts of crazy ideas. This is the brain-child of PokeMaster and myself, since we came up with it... He's trying to turn all the PDM icons for my PokeCards into shinies. He wanted a challenge, so I joked with Rayquaza. He did not shy away from it! He went for it... After some frustration, and me joining in for fun, we came up with two sprites. Although mine is more like the shiny we know, I like PokeMaster's Silver Rayquaza. (It's too cute!)

The rules are simple... You must first register yourself as a spriter! You cannot enter without registering. This will give the other contestants a list of who can be challenged. Also, nothing is judged! This is for fun. You can challenge anything: recolors, eggs, fusions, etc. When you challenge, you can do the same, only to compare, but it's not required. You can only use the Paint program!

It's not that bad. It does look like your Charizard has bags under its eyes though. Nice job on everything.

I used Tropius for Kyogre, so that's why it's got brown where the red should be. Secondary colors and all.

I can't stand the devil one. I used Groudon's red, but it looks too cherry-ish. And the black from Seviper isn't as black as I thought. My Flygon looks like a raspberry/blackberry salad.

Eh. Most demons I see have itty bitty little wings, so I used Zubat. How Flygon will get in the air, I have no idea.

Hm... how about... the Eeveelutions recolored to the type opposite them! Example: Espeon is weak to Umbreon, so Espeon would be recolored to Umbreon. And Umbreon is weak to... say Machop, so Umbreon would be recolored to Machop, etcetera. I'll do it too. We can compare.

There's mine. I had to use a combination of Blastoise and Horsea. The yellow came from Horsea.

Heh, thanks. I prefer normal sprites, too. But with all the PMD sprites, you can always find something that fits. Just as long as we don't have to start fusing PMD's, I'm fine.

Hm. Yeah, I can see where it could look weird. Clefable isn't really round, like Jigglypuff the tubby pink marshmallow. Clefable's sorta subtly chubby. ;] So curvy stitches meant for Jigglypuff would look awkward. You'd have to make them curve a little bit, then abruptly stop to go with the curve of his body. [/weirdo rant thing]
