This is a good start, but it's too long and not very organized. I stopped reading after the first couple paragraph blocks, since I got confused. You might want to break it up my Cities and Routes. I can help you with what Pokemon appear where, since I do that the Walkthrough and the super PokeDex book.

That's actually an old rough draft. SR has since improved on it a lot.

Yeah, you'll find a lot of the later part of the guide to be Pisaro's work with only a few modifications, but most of the early stuff is entirely rewritten. Keep in mind I work on it frequently, so if something is broken there, it shouldn't be surprising:
