Orochimaru needs to switch bodies or else he'll die but Sasuke doesn't show up in time and hes forced to switch bodies with someone else. He orders all his prisoners to fight to the death and the last one standing will get a wish. One guy with green hair is the last standing and he wishes his clan will be restored before orochimaru takes over his body. Orochimaru then takes over his body and the next episode he looks the same as before. (Orochimaru is probaly wearing a mask like the last time when he was in the girls body). You haven't seen this episode? It was back in the Sasuke retreival arc.

Yes, but the three years had passed. Everything I was talking about earlier had happened before Shipudden.
I haven't been paying attention to the english dub recently I've just been watching fansubs. Yep the cool stuff is getting nearer you finally get to see Kiba, Neji, and Chouji do something.
