In the land of Pokémon, there exist a number of Pokémon, collectively called "Legendaries", which were created by the Original One, Arceus, and were assigned a particular Element to control. For instance, Rayquaza is in control of the Winds, Groudon controls the Land, Kyogre the Sea, and so forth. If any one of these Legendaries should, for whatever reason, be unable to maintain control over its Element, then the World falls into imbalance and is ultimately destroyed.
Unfortunately, not all people know this. Some believe that the capture of a Legendary is a mark of superiority in a Trainer. For this reason, the various PokéBalls were always designed such that they couldn't capture a Legendary, not even the Master Ball, which led to much frustration from those Trainers who tried.
But one day, a person known as Doctor T succeeded in stealing the design for the Master Ball, then got his top-notch science team to work out the anti-Legendary design of the Ball. He hopes to create a Master Ball that will work on Legendaries, and ultimately to use it to capture them, with the final goal to be Master of the World.
His plan was discovered by the Pokémon Ranger Union. A top-priority mission has been issued to all Rangers to prevent Doctor T from accomplishing his goal.

You may play:
- One of Doctor T's henchmen, and/or
- One of the Legendaries, and/or
- A Pokémon Ranger.
You may play all three of the above roles, if you so wish.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO BE A HENCHMAN:
You may carry up to six Pokémon with you, but, obviously, no Legendaries are allowed. You must do the tasks assigned to you by Doctor T, but you are free to do them however you like.
Your posts must be in green.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO BE A LEGENDARY:
You are allowed to have one wild Pokémon to be your friend/councellor/assistant. You must do all you can to avoid capture.
Your posts must be in dark red.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO BE A RANGER:
You may have two partner Pokémon with you (no Legendaries, obviously), and your objective is to make sure that the Henchmen cannot complete their missions.
Your posts must be in blue.
People who choose to play more than one role must have their posts in the appropriate colour for each role.

Personality: Always up to no good, very rewarding to those who help him, and extremely paranoid.
Brief Bio: As a child, he was exiled from his town for numerous thefts - sweets and the like. Growing up, he didn't get any better: he used to sneak into the town and steal cash, hoarding it in his mountain cave and spending it on thief's instruments. Now, he has a proper base of operations, hidden deep in the desert, where nobody comes looking.

Each time he succeeded in retrieving it, often having to crack locks to do so. As a result, he could have done very well as a thief, but he preferred to stay on the right side of the law. He passed the Pokémon Ranger entrance exams with distinction, and his favourite missions involve retrieving stolen property. When his Ranger Leader retired, he was nominated Leader of the Base. He carries the title with pride, and never gives up on a mission.
