Cleaning my mess, making more, cleaning it

Well, I've implemented two new things, one which I just improved. What I improved are the BB Code Images, they no longer stretch the reply box, and are transparent. Them being white was a mess I made quite a while ago. A mess I made last night was with the smilies, though they have now been fixed. Basically, you'll notice you can now implement more smilies. The new ones are from Vbulliten-styles, though the actual authors are Vbullitentemplates.com and Neeto. Feel free to submit your own, we could use them.

These all do look sweet! but that fancy "administrator" text and "1000 posts" is kinda disturbing.

Which is why we just have "Honored Staff Member", 250 posts and are a part of the staff.
