What do yuo guys like about Pokezam? Please list them below.
Also, how do you think we can make the site better? Please don't say stuff like have more stuff to download , put this or that up or complain. This is just for suggestions and for staff to know what you think of the site.

PokeZam has plenty of information on too many things to list, such as games and anime
PokeZam is updated frequently
PokeZam also has a French section, for gosh's sake
PokeZam is affiliated with Psypoke (that's how I found the place)
There's a style switcher, which is a nice little thing
PokeZam has a radio (very useful when you want to cruise through the site)
The webmaster is hard working and won't stop updating PokeZam until it's perfect
There's a voting section to the side of the site
Simply going through the site is a pleasant experience because it's clean and the layout doesn't burn my eyes
PokeZam has a game walkthrough


I'll add more later, because there are too many good things on PokeZam.

Oh gosh, writing this list is making me go back to the main site and checking it out once more, reliving old, old days....^^

PZRN and PZBN. The two cancelled projects. A better TFG and Manga section... Thats kinda it for improvements... More focus on strengthening community.

It's better than most Pokemon sites. =/ It's faster than Serebii and it's more updated than PsyPoke. I can assume that it'll become really popular once the site spreads around.

What do you mean by plain and boring? Pokezam seems to be more fan interative than others. Do mean its boring because Alakazam is too busy right now?

and its less popular then both..., news won't spread without advertising pulls, then again affiliates didn't do much either, no site ever becomes bigger in the Pokemon fandom, just stays the same.

If you haven't noticed, those two sites have been around way longer than Pokezam has so they've had more time to advertise. And instead of complaining, maybe you should help and suggest a few things.

I did. Also, get a better news team, Blaziken, actually use formatting to make news posts, ALWAYS include pictures, it attracts visitors and actually proofreading makes visitors happier. Figure out HTML, its not that hard... Lets see.... Get ZamCasts out no more than 3 days after recording, it makes people happier. Put ZamCast back on iTunes, that'd help. Make a post for everytime there is an update to content, it would attract people to view more things. Get a more experienced staff and people to analyze things weekly, for instance a battle strategy analyst, having specilists attracts people since it shows the site has something to offer. Invent different systems like a Tornument maker or custom battle cards. Get people hyped up for things, hold contests. Finally, change the entire layout scheme, make it more accessible and easier to use, scroll over menus work amazingly and changing the entire graphics on it would also help. Those are what would make PokeZam a better site and maybe actually become something that matters to the Pokemon community. BTW, this isn't an overnight change, this is a constant work effort that will take a while. Also, have divisions of labor, for instance News Team, Content Team, Podcast Team. Appoint heads, get a staff of around 15. Create job application and advertise it every where you can. That's my input for now.

Hey, at least we have news, and if you want to edit the casts feel free to. Also, whats the difference of where its hosted, as long as it is, and yahoo is a whole lot better than other places, because we always switch once we run out of place, there is no limit there.

If we stopped making so many mistakes there wouldn't be a cast to edit. Also, iTunes isn't a host, it's links to the yahoo page and updates the cast....

Oh, okay. And, that isn't entirely true, I still have to level out the sound levels, they tend to vary quite a bit, especially with alakazam.

I agree with Kater as far as the news system is concerned. Pokezam's news system is rather inefficient. Pictures are more eye-catching, but they will make the system look worse than it does. I think to just completely re-do it to look more like Serebii's (but not exactly XP).

Other than that, I love Pokezam. I like how it gives news on Pokemon give-aways and I absolutely love the radio. ^_^

In my personal belief, the site could be better if the forums were more active. I mean honestly, through forums, the site gains recognition. And then it'll become well more well-known, and it'll grow...

So, I think the forums could be more acknowledged from the site. How? A large, in-your-face tab. Well, that's my opinion, though.
