It has been nearly 1000 years since Goku and the Z fighter have passed on. A small amount of part-Saiyans beings live on the Earth. Through a weird twist of fate, some old enemies were revived: Frieza, Cell, Kid Buu, and few others. They joined together, calling themselves the E Fighters. They plan to gather the DragonBalls of the Earth and rule the universe.
