New Skin

[Shiny Raichu]

Well, I made a new skin today. This one actually isn't half bad, unlike my previous one, and 5 previous attempts. It is based off of a former members forum (Erika is her name). I got her permission to replicate it, and I asked akai for help being that she was on at the time, so it was a good time, so here it is:

Wow. Seeing it together is amazing. When I was roped in, all Shiny Raichu would tell me is "make an Ice Pokemon banner". I was going to do with Snover or Abomasnow, but I am so glad I went with Glaceon. I even got pretty close with the blue. I'm so happy for that.

Shiny Raichu, you make a great skin... even if it was copied. I love the snow.

Well, the banner has now been animated and centered. Should look a little better. Akai animated it, but obviously I centered it:

It's great. I like the snow animation. But the only problem is that you could change the colors of the links that say 'UserCP, FAQ', you know those? I just think that they are too hard to see over the light green.

Yeah. I'm really interested in making skins now. I hope mine are this good. Unfortunatly I'll need Alakazam's approval to make them. If not, I can stick to banners. Glaceon was fun to do, even though I hate that Pokemon.

Akai the Glaceon banner is ugly. >:O

I'm joking. It's so adorable, and I love the background texture to it. It also goes well with the awesome skin-animation is awesome.

Like I said, I got lucky. Shiny Raichu is Mr. Secrets. Haha. After I saw a mock-up of it, I had to add the snow effect to it.

I really like it. I can't stop looking at the backround it is so cool lol.
When you scroll over a link a line goes above it, which kind of confuses me a little.

Hm... Yeah, I can understand that being a problem. I'll fix it somehow or another.

Edit: I don't think I'll be able to do anything about it, mostly since its best so people know when they're over a link, and both changing font color and background doesn't look good in this style. It should be easy to get used, I hope.

There is another problem:
The skin switcher at the bottom is so small and hard to read.
Same as the Oivate messesging "jump to folder" drop bar.
And the forun jump drop bar.

Hm... Okay, I know that was a problem on linux, but it didn't seem to be much of a problem on windows, either way, I'll fix it.
