Sprite Contest

I can't wait for this anymore. People need to get on more or something. Here is my contest. It's just a little one for fun, if and when the real one ever gets started.

Round 1 - Eggs
:: Choose any three types of Pokemon (ie fire, water, grass, etc) and make a egg for each.
or
:: Choose any three evolution Pokemon and make an egg for each.
*Total: 3*

Round 2 - Fusion
:: Choose any two Pokemon to fuse.
*Total: 1*

Round 3 - Recolor
:: Choose any two Pokemon and switch their colors.
*Total: 2*

Round 4 - Chaos
:: Choose any three starters, any stage and turn them into Chaos.
*Total: 3*

Round 5 - Trainer
:: Dress a trainer up (boy and girl) as a Pokemon.
*Total: 2*

If you want to join, you can. If you want to judge, you can.

Erm.... Well considering that it is Akai's contest, I believe she should tell us when to start.

I agree with Pokemaster. Even though you're a judge, SR, it's Akai's contest. We should wait for her signal.

Actually, I think I had started the thread, she started the new one because she wanted to wait no-more. If she would like to wait, she will say so.

True you started one, but you started the Spriting Tourney. This is Akai's Thread. She created it and she is in charge of it. She will tell us when to start.

Actually, just to get things moving, I just named off the rounds. They can be done in any order and turned in whenever. This contest will be over on the 14th, and the judging can be done on the 15th, and the results posted on the 16th. Will that work for everyone? Until then, sit tight, and have fun. It's open to whoever, just have everything posted by the 14th.

Here's my entries.

Round 1- Pokemon eggs:
I did the three original Eevee-lutions; Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon.

Round 2- Fusion:
I did Mewtwo and Aerodactyl, making Aerotwo- Terror of the Sky!

Round 3- Recolors:
I did Onix and Clefable, switching their colors, making Onix cute and cuddly, and making Clefable stonecold and rocky.

Round 4- Chaos:
I did the Hoenn final starters: Meganium, Typhlosion and Feraligatr.

Round 5- Trainer/Cosplayers:
I did a Zangoose for the boy, and an Absol for the girl.

I did Mewtwo and Aerodactyl, making Aerotwo- Terror of the Sky! .5 It doesn't look right.

Round 3- Recolors:
I did Onix and Clefable, switching their colors, making Onix cute and cuddly, and making Clefable stonecold and rocky. 1.5/2 Pretty good. You shouldn't have used pebbles. That's why I took off.

Round 4- Chaos:
I did the Hoenn final starters: Meganium, Typhlosion and Feraligatr. 2.8/3 No big problems, just maybe feraligatr's face.

Round 5- Trainer/Cosplayers:
I did a Zangoose for the boy, and an Absol for the girl. 1.5 Zangoose is great but look at the Absol girl's eyes.

For most of them probably not. But I'm not a contestant. I'm a judge.

This contest was a failure. :( Two different judging systems and no one announced a winner.

Well, I guess I forgot the date, and I already did tick in a bit too early. I still think we should have a contest, likely one with multiple rounds, one round taking place every week. Or we could go with SE's idea.

I suppose that wouldn't be a bad idea. I mean 1 round a week isn't all that bad, but we would have to make sure it is the same judging system for all the judges.

I don't have the attention span to have a month long contest, assuming they'll are four or five rounds in it.
