Poketopia. A huge island where Pokemon and trainer become one and fight and play to get up in the ranks. Each trainer can carry around up to six Pokemon. No Legendaries. Each trainer's goal is to battle single battles and move up in the ranks. The top 50 trainers at the end of each month get a special prize, and the end of the month is only one week away! Can you (the trainer) get to that Top 50 with thousands of trainers on the island as it is? Find out.

Gender: Female. Gawd. Don't confuse yourself, now.
Attitude: Happy and kind, but can take a bad turn when she, her family, friends, or Pokemon are insulted.
Birthday: May 26
Brief Bio: Afton has recently lost her father, so she is constantly trying to stay positive and happy like her dad. She is choosy with her words so that she doesn't insult others. Afton is rather on the small side, at a height of only 4' 5". She hates it when people calls her a munchkin or a midget. She is a minchkin. Get it right or she'll be angry. She truly loves her Pokemon, and would die trying to save them. However, she has a short temper when it comes to haters. And she kicks. Hard.

Name: Bugsy Buttercup

Age: 14 years old

Gender: Unknown Female

Attitude: Bugsy is one of the most kind and odd trainers around. Nothing can spoil her jubilant attitude, not even her mysterious illness. She absolutely adores her Pokemon, which is why she's so nice and in turn, gets lots of love back from her bug squad. This girl can be quite fun to be around, although she is also tenacious (if you deeply analyze her). Bugsy is simply a bright person with a beautiful attitude.

Birthday: January 21st

Bio: Despite her pleasant attitude, Bugsy was born with an unknown disease. The illness (docters believe that it's a defect in her immune system) causes Bugsy to become sick and frail rather easily. This is the reason why she's not outside all day, and why some trainers say that she "pops" around all over Poketopia.

Another odd thing to note about Bugsy is her obsession with Bug type pokemon. This girl, for some odd reason, loved bug Pokemon from the first time she met a Caterpie to now, and forever more. She's never mentioned it before, but one may inference that she wants to be a gym leader one day.


Pokemon:
Butterfree (F) - Butterfree was Bugsy's first Pokemon, and probably her most well trainer Pokemon. Butterfree represents Bugsy's bright view on life, which is why the Pokemon and trainer are best friends. This Pokemon may seem weak, but she can pack a punch. Literally.

Shedinja (Unknown) - Shedinja is the "secret bad bug" of the group. He suddenly appeared after one of Bugsy's Ninjasks evolved, so the trainer adopted the pokemon and they've both bonded ever since. Shedinja can be quiet when he sees other Pokemon, but Bugsy's Pokemon know him as the secret jokester of the group.

Scizor (M) - This cool guy has always been a smooth operator, and he also values his muscles. He's the leader of the group, and all of Bugsy's Pokemon respect him as the awesome of the awesome. He had a past of being abused as a Sycther, which is why he pours all of his past emotions into his fighting. Deadly.

Heracross (M) - Heracross is the fun-loving, easy-going Pokemon of the group. However, that doesn't stop this fighting type from being strong. This Pokemon is often seen eating sap from a nearby tree, which is how Bugsy found him-sittin' on a tree eatin' sap.

Armaldo (M) - Armaldo is one of Heracross's best friends, because they both love doing the same things-sitting back and relaxing. Armaldo is easy like Sunday morning, and he's also quite obediant. There's nothing sinister or secret about this Pokemon, except for the fact that he was revived from a fossil Bugsy found while exploring a jungle for bug type Pokemon.

Yanmega (M) - Yanmega is known for being the one who wants to take over the world. He's always yammering on about "world domination, silly people..." and more jazz of that matter. He's always serious and he often tests his power against Scizor in a "friendly sparring match of death". Yanmega was evolved from a Yanma that was quite delusional and strange, and he's been the same ever since.

Anyway...

Adz arrived at Poketopia and chanced upon Akai. Being new to the area, he politely asks whether she knows where he might find a hotel of some sort.

[Akai]

Akai stares up at the sky, carelessly. Her eyes squinting from the harsh sun. A small Buneary ran around her, and a Zangoose was under a nearby tree, in the shade.

[Pokemaster]

Character name: Volcanic
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Attitude: Hyper, Kind, Inquisitive, Smart, Bold
Birthday: July 4
Brief Bio: Volcanic is a guy who has pretty much spent his whole life alone except for his Pokémon. His parents died when he was just 2 years old. After running away from the orphanage that he grew up in, he spent 7 years as a Pokémon trainer.

Kaboom, I hope you don't mind. I kinda put you into my part.

Volcanic walked up to Pokétopia with his heart set on winning. Seeing as how he had no idea where to go, he politely asked a fellow trainer if he might be able to find a cheap apartment room or hotel. Unfortunately the other trainer was as lost as he was. Seeing as the two trainers were both lost, they decided to look for a hotel together. After two to three hours of searching, they finally found the Pokétopia Resort. 'Finally,' Volcanic thought. So they parted off, destined to meet again.

[Akai]

Will someone please tell me where I might find a hotel in this place?

Bugsy sat under a large palm tree, soaking up the bright sun that shined on the Pokemon resort that was Poketopia. Her bright blonde hair spread out, she giggled as she watched her Pokemon. She and her bug companions had gotten here but a few days ago, and they had already started to "train".

Well, as far as training went, Bugsy and her Pokemon were pretty good at that. Bugsy was relaxing as she drank a bottle of Sunny D, Butterfree was floating next to her trainer, Shedinja was prolly sneaking into trouble, and Heracross and Armaldo were each sitting down, taking in the sun. In contrast, Scizor and Yanmega were fighting each other yet again, but it looked like Scizor was going to be victorious yet again.

"What a beautiful afternoon!" Bugsy exclaimed.

[Akai]

Akai's Buneary ran around, stopping to look at Scizor. She 'ooh'ed a little, getting closer, finally being close enough to see her reflection on his metallic body. *Bun-eary!* She hugged his leg, thinking it was another Buneary. Zangoose walked up, "Idiot..." He lowered down on four legs and walked to Buneary, nudging her. She turned around and latched around his neck. Zangoose groaned, walking away a little, but looking back at Scizor.

[Pokemaster]

Volcanic walks around Pokétopia and runs into Bugsy. Volcanic looks around and sees her Pokémon. "Those are some impressive Pokémon," he says. "Well, see ya," he says. As he walks off he decides to hunt down Adz again. 'Hm..,' he though,'maybe I can find him again.'

[Akai]

You can't play other characters!! Bugsy can't say or do anything, because you don't play her!

[Shiny Espeon]

"Oh, thanks!" Bugsy said to the boy Volcanic, who had already run off to find somebody else.

"Busy, I see..." Bugsy muttered to herself as she picked her body up from the ground. She noticed a Zangoose peer back at her Scizor, and then a playful smile flashed across her face.

"Looks like Scizor might be getting agrivated again. I can't wait to see how much stronger he's getting!"

*Sciiiizor!* The Pokemon replied to his trainer.

Bugsy grinned back at him, before glancing at the rest of her Pokemon.

"Ok guys, enough relaxing. Let's start some real training!"

[Akai]

Akai walked around, confused, as usual. Her Ponyta walked beside her, missing Buneary. She gave off a sad neigh. Akai gave her a smile, "Don't worry, Kauma. We'll find her." Kauma nodded a little, picking up her pace. She galloped around, seeing the gleam off of Bugsy's Scizor, and moving to him. Buneary looked at Ponyta, crying out happily and jumping out of Zangoose's grip to her friend, climbing to her back.

[Pokemaster]

Seeing as Volcanic had not found Adz after searching for hours, he gave up. Suddenly, his Flygon and Charizard shot down from the sky. They motioned that there was trouble so he hopped onto Charizard's back. Seconds later they were near an open meadow where Volcanic's pokemon had been left at. Suicune, Electivire, and Glaceon were fighting. Charizard swooped down so that Volcanic could get off. "What are you doing," he yelled. At the sound of his voice his pokemon stopped fighting. They instantly ran to him. Suicune, his only pokemon capable of talking, said,"A trainer had come by and threw some powder in the air. Then all three of us could not help but battle each other. It was as if the powder made us lose control of our minds." "Wait, where is Dewgong," asked Volcanic. "She went to the pond a while ago. She has been in there ever since. Follow me and I will show you where she is."

[Shiny Espeon]

Akai walked around, confused, as usual. Her Ponyta walked beside her, missing Buneary. She gave off a sad neigh. Akai gave her a smile, "Don't worry, Kauma. We'll find her." Scizor acknowledged the small Ponyta that had approached him, but he simply turned his back and continued to mock Yanmega. The delusional Pokemon responded to him by beginning to fight with him yet again. Butterfree flew off to watch the two, while Armaldo and his buddy Heracross glanced at the sparring from a comfortable distance away. Nobody knew where Shedinja was, but the suspected that he was getting into trouble yet again.

Bugsy saw the entire situation and saw Akai. She waved her hand playfully at the other trainer, yelling out a good hearted, "Hi!"

[Pokemaster]

After finding Dewgong in nearby lake, Volcanic decided to go back to the area where he had seen the trainer Bugsy. Upon arrival, he saw her Yanmega and Scizor battling. "Um... Hi...," he said cautiously. 'Her pokemon look tough,' he thought.

[Shiny Espeon]

Yanmega had gotten close to beating Scizor by pressing hard against the bug. Yanmega's 6 foot long body put pounds upon weight on Scizor's body, but the Pokemon wasn't going to give up that easily. His face turning an even brighter red and his cheeks puffed out, the steel bug used mighty strength from large claws to throw Yanmega off him and send him flying! Bugsy's bug team hollored screams of joy.

Bugsy saw the entire scene too, and she was cheering for both her Pokemon when she saw another trainer nearby. He looked nervous, and she couldn't quite figure out why.

"Hi there!" She exclaimed happily, not realizing that the boy might have been slightly scared.

[Pokemaster]

He noticed that Bugsy had also said hi. He was somewhat startled by her excitement. After seeing her Scizor and Yanmega battle, he thought that she may be a good friend considering her pokemon had been raised so well. He turned around, hearing a noise. It was merely his Charizard. It had seen Bugsy's pokemon battling and got the urge to battle. "Calm down, Blaze." It was obvious that he was wishing to challenge Bugsy's pokemon. "So.. Um.. Do you raise any other types of Pokemon, Bugsy?"
