Consider giving Ice Beam to Swampert, and perhaps also consider Thunderbolt and Shadow Ball to Gardevoir. I'll give you a better rating later on, though it's decent. So on a grade scale, I'll give you a B.

where can i get ice beam tm?

Winter

Ice Beam you can get in Mauville City Game Corner for 4,000 Casino Coins. By the way, it's only a suggestion though it is helpful since Swampert is 4x weak to Grass.

My main Emerald team only consists of 3 pokemon but they are
Lv. 60 Manectric
EQ(giving u a chance to counterattack rock types)
Thunderbolt
Bite(i dislike bite but i cant think of a replace)
Thunder/ Quick Attack(thunder is not necessary)

Lv. 60 Blazekin
Overheat
Bulk Up
Sky Uppercut
Quick Attack/Focus energy

i think blaziken works better as a phychical sweeper

Lv. 60 Tentacruel.
Sludge Bomb
Surf
Supersonic
Ice Beam

using 3 water type moves is such a waste

I try not use the legendaries unless necessary so I imported them to my Leafgreen Version.

thats all :P

also, if calm mind is possible on tentacruel i would use this instead of using ice beam

Pokemaster

Yeah I see the majority of reasons why you would replace those moves. But doesn't calm mind only raise sp. atk. and sp. def.? I do believe I'm right. I can see where you would be going. However, I don't like using stat enhancing moves.

i can think 3 "setups" for tentacruel

1)
toxic
surf
supersonic
cosmic power

2) sludge bomb
surf
supersonic
ice beam

3) sludge bomb/toxic(up to u)
surf
supersonic
calm mind

because of its poison type grass type attacks are not super effective on it so i dont think ice beam will be really useful... it could be useful against grass/poison types like vileplume but i dont really think its a gd idea

moreover, i would prefer a pelipper :P

Yeah well. I kinda used the Technique of Advantage.
Blaziken<Tentacool<Manectric.
Ya know Manectic killed by ground-Tentacool kills.
Tentacool killed by grass-Blaziken kills.

grass attacks are NOT super effective on tentacruel due to its poison type

Oh Yeah I forgot about that....

You should put Ice Beam on! Even if you don't have to cover one type, the Garchomps and Salmances are ever-so common. Ice Beam covers a lot of types, AND ground, one of its weakensses.

You make a good point.
