Information: Jackson is the childhood friend of Yoshi and Dani, and a powerful Pokemon trainer. Shortly after he received his Chikorita, Jackson continued through Johto without his two friends. Jackson has a huge crush on Dani, and though he teases Yoshi about liking her, Jackson becomes over defensive if someone starts showing any interest in her.
Jackson is called by Professor Elm to help Yoshi and Dani in their attempt to rescue Raikou. He gets really worried when Dani gets kidnapped by Team Rocket and gets angry with Yoshi when he is only thinking of Raikou during such serious times.
Jackson eventually separates from his friends again after his big adventure with Raikou, but not before getting Dani to promise to call him up.
After meeting up with his friends Yoshi and Dani and losing to Ash at the Johto League, Jackson leaves his friends again to compete in the Hoenn League.
