Brandon is the Pyramid King of the Battle Pyramid and also the last and strongest Frontier Brain. Brandon is also the only Frontier Brain to have actually caught legendary Pokemon. Brandon is a ruins expert, devoting some of his time to searching researching ruins. He does this by flying the Battle Pyramid to various ruins. Brandon knows a lot about not just ruins, but ancient civilizations as well.
In the Games:
Brandon is still the Pyramid King in Pokemon Emerald. He only uses legendary Pokemon and can only be battled at the end of the Battle Pyramid if you have completed the number of floors consecutively. Brandon awards you with the Silver Bravery Symbol for beating him once and the Gold Bravery Symbol for the second time.
